Returns and Refunds

Our online store offers a 30-day* money back guarantee for all products purchased directly though our website.  Product replacement or refund is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our shipping and warranty guidelines.
 

 

If you purchased your product directly from Transcend's Website: 

You will need to get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us before you send back your product for replacement, repair, or refund.  Simply (click here) to process your RMA using our automated online process.  Our online RMA process will walk you through each page and give you an RMA Number along with return instructions at the end of the process.  You can either request a repair/replacement (within your product's warranty period), or you can request a refund (if within 15 days of your Transcend invoice date).   

 

 

If you purchased your product through one of Transcend's Distributors, Retailers, Online Merchants, or other sources: 

You will need to get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us before you send back your product for replacement or repair.  Simply (click here) to process your RMA using our automated online process.  Our online RMA process will walk you through each page and give you an RMA Number along with return instructions at the end of the process.  You may request a repair/replacement for any Transcend product covered within your product's warranty period.  Refund requests must be made directly from the merchant where you purchased your product and is subject to the terms & conditions of that specific merchant.  Please note: If the login system says your email address has already been used, then please use the "Member Express" login box on the left.

  • Please remember to send your return in a padded envelope, box or similar protective packaging.

  • Print a copy of your RMA Form and include it inside your return package.

  • Please return all accessories, cables, earphones, etc. that came with your product.

  • Write your RMA Number on the outside of your return package and send to:

Once we receive your return, we will process your RMA request and ship your repair/replacement via UPS Ground.  If you have requested a refund (Transcend website customers only), we will issue credit back to the original credit card used for this purchase.  We will notify you by email after your return has been received and processed.
